The LifeWell feed is a plain chronological list of everything published on the blog, newest first, in the same order the RSS file carries them. It exists so the feed can be read by a person as well as by a reader application: the same forty-seven posts, the same dates, no algorithm choosing between them and nothing personalised to whoever is looking. Subscribing is a matter of pointing any RSS reader at the feed file — no account is created, no address is collected, and unsubscribing means removing it in your own reader rather than asking us.
What people use it for
Following the writing without handing over an address
A newsletter needs your email, tells the sender when you opened it, and takes a request to leave. An RSS subscription is your reader fetching one file on a schedule it decides. Nothing identifies you, nothing is stored on our side, and unsubscribing happens entirely in software you control.
Seeing what changed since you last looked
The list is strictly chronological rather than ranked or personalised, so the top of the page is simply the newest thing. That makes it the quickest way to check whether anything has been published since your last visit, without reading around a layout that is trying to be interesting.
Reading the same list in a reader application
The page and the RSS file are generated from one source at build time, so they cannot disagree about what exists or in what order. Whichever you use, you are looking at the same set of posts with the same publication dates.

Is this a social feed?
No, and it is worth being explicit because the name suggests otherwise. There is no activity from other people here and nothing is personalised. It is a chronological list of published articles — the human-readable twin of the RSS file.
What is the difference between /feed and /feed.xml?
This page is HTML for people. /feed.xml is an RSS 2.0 document for reader applications. Both are generated from the same list of posts on every build, so they always carry the same items in the same order.
How do I subscribe?
Paste https://lifewell.aoneahsan.com/feed.xml into any RSS reader. Most readers also find it automatically if you give them the site address, because the feed is declared in every page's head.
Do you know who has subscribed?
No. A subscription is your reader requesting a file, the same way a browser requests a page. No account is created, no address is collected, and there is no list for anyone to be on.
Does the feed carry the whole article?
Each item carries the title, the publication date, the category and the post's summary, with a link to the full article. That keeps the file small enough to fetch often without turning every refresh into a download of the entire archive.
