Progress and trends across everything you record
Progress analytics in LifeWell is your own recorded data, charted across time and across features at once. Visualize your complete health journey with interactive charts, trend analysis, and cross-feature insights. Track improvements across all your health metrics simultaneously, identify correlations between different data streams, and generate shareable reports of your progress over any time period. A relationship visible on a chart is something you noticed, not something the app concluded โ nothing here interprets your data, scores you, or predicts what happens next. Reading it is your job, and a clinician's.
What people use it for
Three months for a doctor
Someone managing a chronic condition who needs to show their doctor three months of blood pressure and medication adherence data.
Finding a training volume
A fitness enthusiast comparing workout frequency against energy levels to find their optimal training volume.
Baby sleep beside your own
A new parent reviewing the first three months of baby sleep patterns alongside their own sleep quality.
How it works
- Open the overview โ Open the analytics dashboard to see aggregated data from all your active tracking features.
- Pick a metric โ Select any metric โ water intake, weight, sleep duration, medication adherence, exercise frequency โ for a detailed chart view.
- Change the range โ Adjust the time range from 7 days to 12 months to see short-term patterns or long-term trends.
- Compare two โ Use the correlation view to explore relationships between metrics (for example, how sleep quality affects exercise frequency).
- Export a report โ Generate a summary report for any date range and export it as a PDF to share with your healthcare provider.
Questions
How far back does the data go?
Analytics can display data from your entire account history. There is no limit on the time range you can select.
Can I see trends across multiple health metrics at once?
Yes. The multi-metric overlay view lets you plot up to three metrics on the same chart to explore correlations and compare trends.
Is the exported report readable by my doctor?
The PDF report is designed to be clinically legible โ clean charts with labeled axes, date ranges, and summary statistics. Most healthcare providers find it immediately useful.
Tips
- Look at your analytics weekly rather than daily. Day-to-day variation is mostly noise; weekly and monthly trends are where genuine signals live. Daily anxiety about individual data points is counterproductive.
- Use the 90-day view before any healthcare appointment. This time window is long enough to show patterns and short enough to be recent and relevant to your current situation.
- Export a baseline report when you start a new health intervention โ a new diet, a new medication, a new exercise program. Having a clear before/after comparison makes it much easier to assess whether the intervention is working.
- Check the correlation view if you feel stuck or plateaued. Sometimes the barrier to progress is hidden in a relationship between metrics you were not watching. Low sleep duration quietly undermining your exercise adherence is a classic example.
- Share your analytics dashboard view with your partner through the sharing feature, not just individual logs. A partner who can see your progress trends is a far more effective accountability partner than one who only knows you said you were working on it.
