How LifeWell works
LifeWell keeps the people and moments of your life in one place, and this page shows how in six screens. It starts with the people in your life: a page for each person, family on one side and work on the other. Memories stay with the people and the day they belong to. Your day sits on one page, you can say it instead of typing, and you can keep track of the everyday things that help your life go well — only the ones you choose. Everything you record is yours to export or delete.

The walkthrough takes about a minute and shows the real screens, so you can see what LifeWell does before you sign in.

Every step has its own address, so you can send a partner or a parent straight to the screen you want them to see.
How it works
- The people in your life — A page for each person: what they told you, what they like, when you last saw them. Family on one side, work on the other, and a family tree that is yours alone.
- Memories, kept with the people in them — Photos, notes and moments, each kept with the people and the day they belong to. Large files go to your own Google Drive.
- Your day, in one place — Today’s records, and what is still due, on one page. A summary of your week, written out in words.
- Say it instead of typing — Press the microphone and say your day in your own words. LifeWell proposes a card for each record. Nothing is saved until you check it.
- The things that help your life go well — Water, sleep, mood, medicines and more, if you want them. Track only what you choose. There is no streak to keep.
- Yours to keep, or to delete — Export everything you have recorded, whenever you like. Sign in with Google and your record follows you to every device.

Do I have to use every part of LifeWell?
No. Use only the parts you want. Anything you do not track stays out of the way, and there is no streak to keep.
Can I take my record with me?
Yes. You can export everything you have recorded whenever you like, and you can delete it. Your record follows you to every device you sign in on.
