Terms of use
These are LifeWell's terms of use: the agreement you accept by creating an account. It is deliberately short and tries not to hide anything important in the middle of a long sentence. The clause that matters most is the one about medical advice — LifeWell records what you enter and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and it is not a medical device. Beyond that: everything you record stays yours, one account is for one person, the app is provided as it is by a very small team, and you can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account. Paid plans renew until you cancel; cancelling ends the renewal rather than the period you have already paid for, and payments are not refunded.
Questions
Does LifeWell give medical advice?
No. It records what you enter and shows it back to you. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. Calculators and ranges are general reference information, never a clinical assessment of you. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service rather than opening the app.
Who owns what I record in LifeWell?
You do. You grant only the permission needed to run the service — storing your record, keeping it available on the devices you sign in on, and showing it back to you — and that permission ends when you delete the content or the account.
How old do I have to be?
The account holder must be 18 or over. An adult recording information about their own child is exactly what the app is for, and that information belongs to the adult's account.
Can I share my account with my family?
One account is for one person. Recording information about your family inside your own account is what it is for; sharing your login is not, because it hands over your whole record rather than the part you meant to share.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan, and are payments refunded?
Cancelling stops the plan renewing rather than ending it there and then: you keep what it gives you until the end of the period you already paid for, and the account then returns to the free limits with nothing deleted. Payments are not refunded — cancelling stops the next charge rather than returning the last one.
Is my content used to train features?
LifeWell reserves the right to use content from free accounts to improve and train the features it builds. Content in a paid plan is not used that way without your explicit consent. It is a reserved right rather than something happening today, and you will be told before it starts.
Is there any uptime guarantee?
No. The app is provided as it is and maintained by a very small team. Where a feature is withdrawn and that would affect data you have already entered, you will be told in advance and given the chance to export it.
Which law governs these terms?
The laws of Pakistan, where the developer is based. If you are a consumer elsewhere you keep the protections of your own country's law and may bring a claim there.

- The medical-advice section is the one worth reading in full, even if you skip the rest.
- Deleting your account ends the agreement immediately and costs nothing.
