Fertility tracker
Fertility tracking in LifeWell extends the cycle log with the observations used in sympto-thermal charting: basal body temperature, cervical mucus and other daily signs. Track ovulation signs and identify your fertile window to support conception planning. Combines cycle data with basal body temperature and symptom logging for a comprehensive fertility picture. The fertile window it shows is an estimate from the data you entered, and estimates are wrong sometimes. It is not contraception, not a pregnancy test and not a fertility diagnosis โ for any of those, the answer comes from a clinician.

Questions
How does the app determine my fertile window?
It uses your cycle history, basal body temperature trends, and symptom data to estimate ovulation. The fertile window typically spans five days before ovulation through one day after.
Do I need a special thermometer?
A basal body thermometer that reads to two decimal places is recommended for the most accurate temperature tracking, but any digital thermometer will work for basic logging.
