An appointment in LifeWell holds three things: when and with whom, the questions you wanted to ask, and what was actually said. Schedule and manage healthcare appointments including doctor visits, lab tests, therapy sessions, and follow-ups. Set reminders so you never miss an appointment and keep notes about what was discussed. The middle one is the part people lose — the question you thought of on Tuesday and could not recall in the room on Friday. Nothing is booked on your behalf; LifeWell is not connected to any clinic's system.

How it works
- Add the visit — Create an appointment with the provider name, specialty, date, time, and location.
- Set a reminder — Set a reminder notification for the day before or the morning of the appointment.
- Write your questions — Add pre-appointment notes about symptoms or questions you want to discuss.
- Record the outcome — After the visit, record the outcome, next steps, and any prescribed changes.
Questions
Can I set multiple reminders for one appointment?
Yes. You can set reminders at different intervals, for example one week before, one day before, and one hour before the appointment.
Can I attach files to an appointment?
You can add detailed notes to each appointment. For file attachments like lab results or referral letters, you can reference them in your notes and store the files in Memories.
